About this course

We live in an increasingly diverse and multicultural world – in the workplace and beyond. This program is designed to help leaders to enhance their awareness, navigate diverse organizational settings and improve their ability to work within and lead inclusive teams and organizations. It also offers participants the opportunity to develop their reflexive thinking on topics such as identity, relationships across difference, and organizational and legal issues of inclusion.

Learning outcomes

Get to know and understand the theoretical underpinnings of inclusion principles from a leadership perspective, based on context and regulations. Identify the benefits of inclusion, activate the implementation of levers (better relationships, better well-being and better performance) and connect them to organizational goals and talent development strategies. Explore biases linked to diversity, uncover personal blind spots, reflect on their influence in team dynamics, negotiation, and decision-making and develop ethical leadership awareness. Develop a practical and measurable action plan with tools, levers, and performance indicators to embed inclusive practices in team management, resource planning, and project execution, and turn diversity into a strength for you and your organization.
