About this course

This course considers Leadership as the art of management, taking into account its overall complexity and inner contradictions. The objective is to propose a transformative and developmental journey for the participants, exploring an ambidextrous leadership, between “Dynamic” Leadership (based on frame and performance) and “Gentleness” Leadership (based on purpose and enablement). As reflective practitioners, participants will work on their real issues and stakes individually and with their peers.
