Special Topic in Management

After completing this course the student:

• describes strategy creation mechanisms and relations;
• chooses and explains organization problem analysis methods and techniques;
• explains the nature of management consulting and connects the importance of organization and management diagnostic to changes in the organization.

Final assessment can consist of one test/assignment or several smaller assignments completed during the whole course. After declaring a course the student can re-sit the exam/assessment once.
